A dower house turned country retreat
Kirkhill was originally built as a family home before serving as a dower house to the Arniston Estate. It later operated as a hotel before being converted into the boutique estate house it is today.
Set within the Kirkhill grounds, the house has direct frontage to the North Esk, with mature trees and open lawns surrounding it. The estate is home to established woodland and a wide range of wildlife along the riverbank.
