About

About North Coast Heritage

A single holding company behind rooms across four Scottish estates.

Who we are

Rooms held under one company

North Coast Heritage Ltd holds and lets rooms and apartments across a small group of historic Scottish properties — from the Midlothian countryside just outside Edinburgh to the coach house of a former private estate in Sutherland, near the far north coast.

We don't operate a chain of identical rooms. Every address keeps its own architecture, its own grounds, and its own history — Kirkhill Mansion and Harvieston Hall both sit within easy reach of Edinburgh; Catcune Castle is the historic heart of the Harvieston ground, currently under a heritage restoration programme.

What ties them together is administration, not architecture: one company, one phone line, one point of contact for enquiries, damage deposits, and long-stay arrangements across every property we hold.

How we work

One call covers all four properties

Single enquiry line

Whichever property you're interested in, one number and one team can confirm availability, dates, and terms.

Direct holding

Each property is held directly rather than sub-let through a marketplace, so terms and deposits are handled in-house.

Long-term view

Several properties — Catcune Castle in particular — are part of longer-term restoration and development work, not just short lets.
